From the service advisor asking would I like a complementary car washed and vacuumed? I said not the outside of the car but thank you I would like the interior vacuumed. Upon collection I find chewing gum that must have been used on centre console

Lovely coffee and biccis
After a full valet the car was returned to me minus two rear rubber mats. Upon contacting the service staff they very efficiently provided two NEW replacement mats
Always take slightly longer than advised
Easy experience, car had recall, booked in and picked up easily plus got to have costa coffee with vanilla shot- bonus
They have not looked at my car properly, and just turned up the interior lights - something I am more than capable of doing!

I had interactions with 3 members of staff in the service dept, 2 face to face and 1 on the phone. None of them made eye contact and did not address me by my name or any name at all for that matter face to face or when contacting me on my mobile.
They asked me collect the car by 5.30 - 6 pm but they released the car by 7.15 pm. Wasted my time.
Service completed on time.
Booked a while you wait service appointment and they did what they said they would without any complications. Waiting area comfortable and coffee and biscuits much appreciated

Again flexible. The body work was completed at the Stoke branch but at my request the car was brought back to Crewe to facilitate easier collection by myself.
Very very happy and i would have given 5 stars if it hadent been for my service book hadnt been stamped or signed, which meant a special journey back the next day. Very annoying. This stamp is very important to the resale value.
First class service.
X4 in for oil service. Picked up car, got home to Burton, oil leaking on drive . Returned car, faulty seal diagnosed, although new/replacement seal fitted as part of oil service. Car kept overnight to change seal and clean off oil tray. Inconvenient.
Friendly professional attitude without being over bearing. Comfortable relaxed environment. My wife was impressed and her standards are high.
Service advisor gave me good advice, but she was not available for 1.5 hours so I could not find out status of work.

No communication regarding picking it up after initial diagnostics lead to me being stuck at home as no courtesy car available, lost an afternoons pay, then a taxi fare to go pick up a staff members car at 6.45 after phoning up to complain
Courtesy car was not available on the day of my service. Booked for the 90 minute service while you wait. Took over two hours. Valet looked like a 5 year old had completed it!
Time took longer than advertises and a few elements of service fell below the standard experienced at other dealerships.
The guys that come and collect/return the car are brilliant. Courteous and pleasant. The work seems ok, hard to tell but everything works fine afterwards. The only thing that niggles is the service centre reps.

The service experience was excellent and the service administrator was outstanding in the way he looked after my concerns. However I asked about a very irritating problem with a windscreen wiper. It was not resolved.

I always get the car serviced at knights as they are reliable and knowledgable particularly when there was an issue under warranty which was resolved quickly.

Appalling service, why was my oil not included in my 5 year service plan? I am still awaiting a response from your staff. This has completely put me off ever purchasing another BMW. Was completely fobbed off - is this how you treat female customers?
The service was very good, but I felt that communication between the service department and myself could have been better, I seemed to be the one making all the phone calls for progress updates.
we were just departing to go on holiday when the problem occured,so we went straight down to knights at stoke .one phone call by the service advisor and a replacment was deiverde and we were on our way.could not have been better

I had to return to the dealer as there was no record of warranty work being completed in the itemised bill, and the check stated no faults found, however there was a warning light clearly displayed on the control panel! Fixed on second visit.
Service was done quickly. Recall Work I was told was done apparently has not been done.
It's a high score because the service was very hassle free, good communication from the people at BMW. It's not 5 because the complementary clean and valet left a lot to be desired.

Although my car was collected & returned (very efficient about 4 hours) the reason for the visit was a "call back" safety check only & it would have been convenient to call in & have the check carried out while I waited which was not an option

Well looked after by professional and pleasant staff in very comfortable surroundings.
From picking my car and driving my new car away within a week, being able to sort paperwork through emails and on the day of collection just signing for the car. Very satisfied with all processes of buying and collecting the car.
Dean the salesman at Knights BMW Stoke was very helpful - he listened to my needs & delivered on the sale - he is a credit to the Knights team!

The salesperson misled me to secure a sale. If I had been told the car was built 9 months earlier and would need servicing a lot sooner than I was told, then I would have made different choices, maybe not picked that car or included a service plan
Spoke to the customer at length. explained everything in detail and took on board his frustrations. Offered to service his car for free when due. Customer now happy.
Can't say I was 100% satisfied as the actual handing over of the car was a little disorganised and I am still waiting to hear about my GAP Insurance and other matters
I've covered some of this in my first answer, however I would like to specifically highlight the extreme professionalism of both Dean (sales person) and Ant (business manager) at the Knights, Stoke-on-Trent BMW site.
The car looked fine in the showroom. However when at home and I looked closer there was very fine dust, like cement in the door jambs, wiper recess, window rubbers, rear window. Washes aren't clearing it. Dealer offered valet, but too far away to go.
Only minor issue was that the service pack wasn't originally included despite being in the offer. Was resolved whilst I waited.
Very happy , we came to bmw , after going to Audi garage , we were told be with you in a minute . 40 minutes later , so we walked out and said there not having our custom , tried bmw , the service , the knowledge , the Starbucks drinks , the staff
We were not kept waiting and were greatful for the Starbucks coffees

We had the same salesperson as our 1st car Laura gayle who as always was very polite, efficient and most of all got us a great deal and we were in our car within 4 days of testdriving it. I wont deal with anyone else as i tryst get judgement.
