I was god to pick my car up at 5pm the next day, on arrival it wasnt ready and there had been miscommunication between staff who had failed to let me know that the car wouldnt be ready till the following day! The staff were very apologetic
I went to get my car side light fix at knights bmw stoke.i had a one year warranty to the car and i have been told that what ever happen to the car if something is broken just bring it in and they will fix it.but i end up paying for it.dissappointed
Following a burst tyre i had to be low loaded to Knights.The staff were most friendly and helpful.
I usually use Ocean BMW service in south west.I used Knights North Staffs BMW since I visited friends and family there for short break.I felt that the service was cost effective and satisfactory for the first time use.

reasons for late return of the car was completely maid up from the car being collected from the wrong address the told it would be returned around lunch time.i then called at tea time and told it was on its way then when it arrived around 6PM

Recently after issue with my 18 month old X5 I was told to do the car in to the garage, only for it to be in for 4 days without a loan car and the garage didn't know why I had the fault, explaining best to ring BMW assist in the future...
Having had a very unfortunate accident when my car slid down the drive on ice and snow after I had got out! I was really pleased with the service at BMW who offered a lifetime guarantee for the repair, a courtesy car for the period of the repair.
The car made a running sound when brakes applied. This still happens, with no explanation

For the reasons given above and that I asked for it to be serviced at Blue Bell the garage I have dealt with for a number of years rather than the Stoke branch which is 40 miles away.

Pain free experience
Always receive excellent customer when I visit the service department at Knights. Sam and her team are a credit to the company.

Continuation of my lost umbrella either the customer who borrowed the car after me is lying or you have a very dishonest salesman in your midst. Why aren't the cars check just in case things have been left behind that could have been medication.

Brought the car in as it had a problem was given a quote, but they did not put the boot back together when I collected it and the free wash and valet was not done even though it the paperwork said it was!
Courtesy car was too small, no sat nav so difficult to use for my business needs, should have like for like features at least? and my vehicle had not been valetedcleaned properly on return.

Great service which I always expect and receive but Ive marked the score down based on the worst car cleaning Ive ever received. It was half done, carpets still a mess and I re-cleaned my car when I got home!!
After an engine oil service the following day I noticed an oil leak on my garage floor so the car had to be returned. Apparently it was residual oil in a drip tray which should have been cleaned at the time of service.
Polite staff, however initially slow to advise of the nature of the failure on my car. No report or email following repair stating what works had been undertake during the warranty repair.
The service staff remain 100% focused on ensuring their clients are receiving the best attention, I remained well informed throughout the visit.

When contacted, I highlighted the issues I have had previously with the service department at Crewe and that I would not use them again, and the lady booked me in at the Stoke on Trent branch. The experience at Stoke was far better.

disconnected dashcam at a point which is difficult to see, so did not notice straight away. If i had been notified that this was required i would have disconnected it myself at the logical point ( the accessory socket )

Because again from talking to the receptionist everything was taken care of for me. To get back from the garage is difficult for me and BMW collected the car and returned it cleaned, serviced and ready to go. Also I was left a courtesy car.

I had originally booked a loan vehicle because we live a good drive away from the garage but when I asked was told my vehicle could be completed within 1.5 to 2 hours. It was easier to wait than return later. Comfortable waiting area and coffee. ??

The initial introduction to the car and its features was conducted very well. I had a concern about a binding brake pad shortly after delivery, but it was reviewed and I was reassured that the car was OK for a long trip to Oxford the following day.
