Very welcoming and straight to point.
I have had to re book due to a faulty air conditioning and absolutely no feedback on what work has been carried out. I am thinking of changing brand as had 4 bmw's now and service is getting worse.

I was C Sat, however once my Serv Assn't, who was V professionally during the Period went to lunch having handed over my case to another Assn't, I believe I was there for an unnecessary further 40 mins waiting for an invoice that was sat on a desk!

Cracked Alloy Wheel on a vehicle with less than 30,000 miles on it and less than 3 years old - still within warranty period. I was told that this would be £750.00 ish, which isn't a cost you would expect after less than 3 years' ownership
Local dealership never let me down
my car, bought under used car warranty failed spectacularly after 5 months. The garage initially blamed me for causing damage, then, when proven completely wrong by an insurance assessor, took a total of 9 weeks and 5 days to rectify the issue.
Service staff on the desk and technical staff were brilliant. Friendly, helpful and knowledgable.
Seevice department wanted to charge me for my hand brake tightening when the car is only 6 months old and it was also tightened 1200 milea after I purchased it from new. This is obviously a problem with the handbrake cable...
Technical staff listened about the car's problem and worked hard to resolve it.
Car serviced no problem and given back to me with valet, great service. Only issue is that the service book not completed

From booking the car in, to having it collected from my home, serviced and returned the whole process was very professional.
Everything went very smoothly. Would have been nice to have know roughly what time the car collection was rather than 08:30-12:30. Would be great if valet could also put roof down and clean hidden areas, minor point though.

The vehicle under BMW emergency should have been taken to Blue Bell, however it was sent to Knights - glad to say I was kept updated with progress throughout the repair

Basically, it has taken so long to have the Software upgrade. This has nowbeen arranged.
I dealt with Amber and she was very professional and efficient. I was not overly happy with the price but haho it is what it is. I was impressed that I drove up on the off chance and they were able to complete the work then to save me a return trip.

Wasn't a big issue but when booking I was told I would receive a lift to a local gym but when arrived was told it was too early for this as no driver . Wasn't a big issue but it's the reason didn't say completely satisfied
Knights always give the best service , they pick up my car and return it before the time allocated. It's always clean and staff are very attentive.

The costs were very competitive, the mot was carried out promptly with no wait and with the complementary coffee and wifi, the visit was perfect. I would definitely return again.

Even though an unexpected complication with a stripped wheel bolt arose and more parts required, the communication was honest and quick regarding the extended wait that ensued.

The Team have done an excellent job with my car
The car was booked in at 1200 hrs for a re test mot . It took nearly an hour before the car was ready, I felt that was too long . When I drove out of the car park the bonnet warning light came on, the bonnet had not been closed properly.

The car was taken in to the workshop on the time agreed, the work was carried out as per the run in service. The staff were friendly and help full as I waited in the sitting area. Once the car had it service it was washed and vac and returned to me.
Car was collected on time, I was kept informed of progress and car delivered back on time, nicely washed and vac'd!

No issue with Knights but I do have an issue with BMW. Part took 3 wks to arrive and be fitted. Affecting a number of vehicles so why have BMW not stocked up and done a recall? Had a courtesy car thank you but not the same and inconvenient.

4 weeks to get my car fixed and lack of updates
A very expensive service, and already another one is due in 3000 miles!
Car was sent in for a service and service paid for old oil taken out and Bmw fully qualified technition failed to put new oil back in leaving me stranded 40miles away from home been advised not to move it unless oil could be put in
last time I booked a car into Wolverhampton BMW it took 5 minutes to drop off the car, it was 15-20 minutes at Knights. Customer service comments below. Work to the car was delivered as promised though.

Didn't receive initial instruction properly so job had to be redone - lack of info on progress and a long wait for job completion
Well always try to help, I forgot my driving license to enable me to have a hire car, this was sorted out with out any real problems.
Despite me getting the date of my service wrong the agent still was able to fit my car in, and although a loan car was no longer available I was given a lift home.

When they washed my car the wheels were still dirty and my son cleans my car better than the workers who are supposed to to look after it. My husbands car gets a full proper wash AND clean as they like his custom. Such a shame really for what I pay.

Only disappointment was it took 11 days to get back my initial deposit back after purchase. I had to chase this and spoilt my experience. The car however is great.
I'm a detail person and asked a lot of questions. Lauren took the time to guide me through the process and it never seemed like too much trouble when answering my numerous queries.
The sales man was helpful and attentive at all times, when I had a small problem it was resolved immediately without any questions asked.
