Well informed and friendly staff
Only due to the fact that the additional 30 mins at the time made me late for my meeting that was discussed when dropping the car in.
I was told the car was to be left for the day. I missed a phone call to say the car was ready and only realised this later in the afternoon but in the meantime no one thought to tell me even though I was in the showroom most of the day!
My car came in with a fault and it didnt cost me a penny I had a nice coffee in a relaxed atmosphere

service was ok, took car in first thing in the morning got to approx 4pm still no phone call to say it was ready, I had to chase up x2 to see if the car was ready for collection which it was.
All items& issues not completed or resolved , after 2 days.Re visit was not followed up by service , i had to re instigate , new date not yet followed up with text confirmation. Minor point but no to go coffee , orange offered.

Work not finished on time even though I specifically informed MUST have it back at 5pm latest that day. Can only assume work was late being started in garage.Knight did come up with a courtesy car.

courtesy car booked as needed due to being mobility car, on arriving they tried parming me off with a taxi. no phone calls. when collecting i was quickly told one of my tires need monitoring and led outside with NO paperwork and that was that!!

Rejected car twice, very poor quality first time I inspected the work and second time paint didn't match, after I was told the whole side got resprayed? This wasn't the case as second time rejected you could see where the fresh paint joined old

Did the job on time and with good communication.
I used the 2nd key which information about the car was taken, unfortunately for some reason this did not account for the correct mileage which was only noticed when I checked the paperwork before leaving. The car had to be taken back in & reset
I received text reminders about my service, my car was collected from place of work, I couldve used a courtesy car and my car was returned promptly to my place of work.
I was kept up to date at all stages of the repair by Lola Cork who very professional throughout and a credit to your company.
The service was carried out to a good standard. However, the service took significantly longer than the original estimate of 90 minutes. Having said this, BMW were hospitable and I was able to push on with doing work whilst waiting.
I was updated regularly with progress and everything was on track. Dean tried hard to get me what I wanted and he was very consistent as well as persistent - most others would have given up. It's been a pleasure to work with him.
I firmly believe that when you are given a courtesy car it should be the same brand and equal or better than your own vehicle. Whilst the Mini Clubman I had was a nice car it just felt like a toy in comparison to my own vehicle.
Everything went very smoothly. The only slight grumble is that it took a little longer than stated - I have a bad back and can't sit for too long.
All aspects of the service was carried out efficiently and as instructed.
The dealership were pro-active in contacting me to advise that an end of warranty check for the vehicle was available and that an MOT / brake service was due. I have always found the sales and service team at the dealership to be most helpful

Service completed while I waited in the given time
Service was well documented and completed thoroughly. Complimentary clean of car interior wasn't great - smears on glass and plastic on HUD, obstructed vision at times, had to clean it myself afterwards.
The first person we had dealing with (Kate)was excellent. When she was off the support we had was woefull, with myself and my wife having to chase when the car would be ready. On 2 days we told tomorrow only to find it was not ready.

I really appreciate the collection service although this time the car was rather late in being returned. The after service wash and valet is also a nice touch.
I took the vehicle in for a repair to the boot lid. In the event, the resolution they diagnosed was not in fact the answer, so they restored the vehicle to its original state as the full resolution was six times more expensive than the original.

As mentioned above, Knight's service department have scored 10/10 every time I have used them. I couldn't fault them.

Fault diagnosis of faults takes several attempts. Seems like the use of process of elimination is over used to diagnose and rectify issues. The booking in and communication of the service desk is good. Lady on there called Katie is helpful.
All aspects were of an extremely high standard. The vehicle had been washed & hoovered and was presented in such a way that it gave you the feel good factor.
The work was done in timescales indicated and the car received a courtesy wash and vacuum
You wanted to charge me £70 to replace my windscreen wipers! Thats about £50 for 10 minutes work. I know you hourly rates are high but £300 per hour?!?This has made me question what I actually get for my £260 service.

I was god to pick my car up at 5pm the next day, on arrival it wasnt ready and there had been miscommunication between staff who had failed to let me know that the car wouldnt be ready till the following day! The staff were very apologetic

I went to get my car side light fix at knights bmw stoke.i had a one year warranty to the car and i have been told that what ever happen to the car if something is broken just bring it in and they will fix it.but i end up paying for it.dissappointed
Following a burst tyre i had to be low loaded to Knights.The staff were most friendly and helpful.
I usually use Ocean BMW service in south west.I used Knights North Staffs BMW since I visited friends and family there for short break.I felt that the service was cost effective and satisfactory for the first time use.

reasons for late return of the car was completely maid up from the car being collected from the wrong address the told it would be returned around lunch time.i then called at tea time and told it was on its way then when it arrived around 6PM
