The staff are always polite, professional and courteous. They are friendly to speak to and provide help and advice when required. The Service Manager, Sam Leese, and her team are a credit to the company.

Costa coffee delicious, however, I found myself waiting for a considerable time behind numerous sales men on a few occasions. Staff should either, take their numerous coffee breaks in the staff room or step aside for actual paying customers.

I was told that there was some misting of oil on the rear axle, i told the advisor that i have bmw extended warranty and would this be covered. I have not heard anything since. I also informed him that i thought there was a possible bearing noise.

From the very warm welcome at reception, through to the service desk and then being taken back to my car after the service, I was given excellent help and assistance by each member of staff whom I dealt with at Knights.
It took THREE visits to have a defective wheel bearing diagnosed and replaced, despite my telling the service department the exact fault, and now having the locking wheel bolts removed took TWO visits as despite specifically stating it was to be done
Couldnt finish the job in time because the service kit has not arrived.Failed to identify the problem of the door window which was working when they collect the car the day before, I have to pay £180 diagnostic test before they can check anything.

Cracked Alloy Wheel on a vehicle with less than 30,000 miles on it and less than 3 years old - still within warranty period. I was told that this would be £750.00 ish, which isn't a cost you would expect after less than 3 years' ownership

my car, bought under used car warranty failed spectacularly after 5 months. The garage initially blamed me for causing damage, then, when proven completely wrong by an insurance assessor, took a total of 9 weeks and 5 days to rectify the issue.

Seevice department wanted to charge me for my hand brake tightening when the car is only 6 months old and it was also tightened 1200 milea after I purchased it from new. This is obviously a problem with the handbrake cable...
Technical staff listened about the car's problem and worked hard to resolve it.

Everything went very smoothly. Would have been nice to have know roughly what time the car collection was rather than 08:30-12:30. Would be great if valet could also put roof down and clean hidden areas, minor point though.

Wasn't a big issue but when booking I was told I would receive a lift to a local gym but when arrived was told it was too early for this as no driver . Wasn't a big issue but it's the reason didn't say completely satisfied
Knights always give the best service , they pick up my car and return it before the time allocated. It's always clean and staff are very attentive.

Even though an unexpected complication with a stripped wheel bolt arose and more parts required, the communication was honest and quick regarding the extended wait that ensued.

The car was booked in at 1200 hrs for a re test mot . It took nearly an hour before the car was ready, I felt that was too long . When I drove out of the car park the bonnet warning light came on, the bonnet had not been closed properly.

The car was taken in to the workshop on the time agreed, the work was carried out as per the run in service. The staff were friendly and help full as I waited in the sitting area. Once the car had it service it was washed and vac and returned to me.

Only disappointment was it took 11 days to get back my initial deposit back after purchase. I had to chase this and spoilt my experience. The car however is great.
