I always get the car serviced at knights as they are reliable and knowledgable particularly when there was an issue under warranty which was resolved quickly.
As above, easy and efficient. I was updated on my vehicle status throughout

The service was very good, but I felt that communication between the service department and myself could have been better, I seemed to be the one making all the phone calls for progress updates.
we were just departing to go on holiday when the problem occured,so we went straight down to knights at stoke .one phone call by the service advisor and a replacment was deiverde and we were on our way.could not have been better
Appalling service, why was my oil not included in my 5 year service plan? I am still awaiting a response from your staff. This has completely put me off ever purchasing another BMW. Was completely fobbed off - is this how you treat female customers?

I had to return to the dealer as there was no record of warranty work being completed in the itemised bill, and the check stated no faults found, however there was a warning light clearly displayed on the control panel! Fixed on second visit.
Very good service as I'm custom to, that's why I will travel 35 miles each way and wait for the car because I know its in the best possible hands.
It's a high score because the service was very hassle free, good communication from the people at BMW. It's not 5 because the complementary clean and valet left a lot to be desired.

Very reliable polite and efficient
Although my car was collected & returned (very efficient about 4 hours) the reason for the visit was a "call back" safety check only & it would have been convenient to call in & have the check carried out while I waited which was not an option
Service experience was excellent. However it took quite a few phonecalls to book the car in. Had trouble getting through to the service dept.

1. Keep your music low not too loud as hard of hearing people cant hear with background noise.2 Youe service assisstant should explain looking at people not the computer.I have a hearing problem and could not hear a word he said.
Efficient and quick
The service was quick and very efficient. I was told the service would be 90 minutes and that's exactly how long it took.
I was contacted to say the car was ready but then when I arrived was told there were two Machins cars booked in and mine had not yet had a wash and hoover so I had to wait quite a while for this to happen as my lift to BMW had driven off!
It was all done to my satisfaction and on time.

The staff were not to blame for the problem but it would have been nice to have been given all the options other than you need a new wheel and it's £650.
Having agreed to the work required to be done and given them three days to complete the work when I arrived to collect the car the rear bumper had not been refitted correctly and was hanging off. This resulted in the car being kept over a furtherweek

The only fault we have had is that a slight blemish on the front of the vehicle was to be put right and it was not.It seems that our cherished number which was put on the car by Knights was not put onto the BMW system

We left the car at 9.00am as requested. Asked for the car to be ready for 3.00pm.Arrived at approx.2.30 to be told the work had only just started on vehicle. Ended up sitting in the waiting area for further 4 hours.Letter stated work would be 2-3hrs

Vehicle went in for servicing and was told that rear brake pads did nor require changing (which was excellent) Have now been changed.

Costa coffee delicious, however, I found myself waiting for a considerable time behind numerous sales men on a few occasions. Staff should either, take their numerous coffee breaks in the staff room or step aside for actual paying customers.
I had a tyre replaced and, although the result was fine, it took longer than I had expected
Would have a 5 but someone messed about with the electronic memory meaning I had to reset seat, steering wheel and mirrors
I was told that there was some misting of oil on the rear axle, i told the advisor that i have bmw extended warranty and would this be covered. I have not heard anything since. I also informed him that i thought there was a possible bearing noise.
