29/06/2010 - The sales advisor Pritika was very friendly and handled the sale perfectly. The car was built ahead of schedule and ready for me very quickly. I’d recommend the dealership to friends and family and will use them for future MINI or BMW purchases.

06/05/2010 - Overall the process was smooth and very well run. Sales and other dealership staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was living in New York at the time and the salesman was excellent at remaining contactable despite the time difference.

29/06/2010 - My sales executive was often with customers either when I telephoned or turned up at the dealership. He was obviously busy a lot of the time. However he stuck to appointed meeting times and responded to my telephone and text queries.

 

ACTION BY KNIGHTS – We are currently looking to recruit further sales executives in order to keep up with increasing demand.
