Service/repair deadline respected and constant contact for progress.
Utterly shocking service. My M135i has now been back to Knights 6 times for 2 faults. the first time it was in the mechanic scratched the car and Knights attempted to smart repair the car, the car is silver and the repair was grey. Enough said!
Would have been 5 stars, but valeters left interior a bit messy.
Courteous service and combined with my service pack it seems good value for money.

I already thought the price of my first oil/filter service was expensive, but on completion the representative quoted me over £100 more than originally quoted. The representative changed the price to that originally quoted without any quibbles.
Could not find the fault with the 12v unit in the compartment. Just blamed the devices Despite all devices working in other vehicles and in the 12v point in the boot. Not convinced anyone thought to actually check the fuses.
See above and in addition I would like to give good feedback to all the pleasant and caring staff at Knights N/Staffs especially the young lady from service who kept me updated and the young lady who continues to serve up excellent coffee & biscuits.

as Above the service team knowledge was that of a basic garage not a premium car brand such as BMW. I can only compare my experience to that of Lexus where the team are fully professional, knowledgeable and the customer experience is paramount.
Service staff always treat you with the utmost respect.
Brought car in and you had no time to work on it that day so had to leave it a second day which was inconvenient

When collecting my car in October 2018, there was visible scratches on all four corners of the car I was completely shocked as these marks were not there before. Before hand I was upset and angry that the agreement on paper was not as we discussed.
Staff knew all answers to my questions without having to get other people's advise like other bmw garages I've been to
Had brake fluid service and cars first MOT carried out at north staffs. Found to be helpful and informative.
I had a health check and was given no information about my health check such as when I need new tyres etc. I know my brake pads and discs need to be replaced soon but nothing was mentioned. I think this was just an expensive car wash.
Originally booked into incorrect centre by centre owing to mistake. I then had to wait a couple of weeks for another appointment. Courtesy car was dirty.
As above , your staff should not treat their customers as fools it's very disrespectful
I was able to book my car in at my own convenience, the staff were extremely helpful, and my car was fixed with no issues.

Would have given this 5 stars if the service quoted at the time of booking was the same as that quoted on arrival (the actual service needed included a brake fluid service not previously mentioned that incurred a higher charge).
Took all day when I was booked in for 9am. Simple job

Everything is a battle, even to get someone to return a phone call
although I had to leave my car overnight, I was kept fully informed of progress.
This is the exception to my regular service visits. I had a problem this time which could have been resolved better. In their defence staff were under a lot of pressure.

Although I had booked my car in weeks in advance because I needed a courtesy car , there was no car available. I had to wait while Kate,who saved the day again, found a car .
Whilst my car was in for repairs I asked that the wheel be refurbished and the Bluetooth repaired as it has a fault. Car was returned quickly without chance to request why the wheel and Bluetooth was not sorted. Now I have to return the car again.
The job was clearly explained and dealt with efficiently. As always well done Amber Mason.
Couldnt get through on the phone, no one was sure about what was happening with the car, even though I had explained and even asked if it had been towed in or I brought it in, then someone called to tell me the car was there, I know I took it!!!
Never got back to me when I phoned Left it to the last minute to say car was ready, when I told service department I needed to know as I had to pick children up. Lack of help when I came to collect.
I dont believe the problem was addressed fully and I was charged a lot of money for something beyond my control

I delayed the date for my service in order to have a curtesy car but when I arrived at the garage at 8.30am I was told that there were no curtesy cars.i was told that the serve would take just 90 minutes and I could wait.i did but it took much longer

Service good, adviser lacked some knowledge . You are irritating me with this survey in that you cannot get over the fact I only gave 4. If the survey does not close after this I will scrap it and make a formal complaint.
Servicing staff fully explained the service work required for my car and costing before hand. Post servicing car performance to my expectation. I was also made aware of wear in the brake pads which will require replacing soon.
