There was no courtesy car available even though one was booked and I confirmed the day before. This meant I inconveniently had to rearrange the service date and time. Following the service the car dashboard is still indicating that it hasnt had one.

Nobody was available in the service department to take my call. The receptionist said that she would get somebody to call me back. After 3 hours I made another call. The service person suggested that I call BMW Emergency but gave the Mini number.
Not fulfilling what was required when booked in.Car not completed on the day, but was notified in the afternoon. Despite not all work being done and even with a follow up call nobody has come back to me - 2 weeks later.
car was ready when they said,cleaned and vacumed
steady enough, it wasn't particularly a massive job. Replacement changed without breaking anything though I suppose.
Contacted for a quality recall with little explanation but told car fit to drive. Car in at dealership with loan car made available for the day. On collection told about a leak in the gearbox but not fixed and asked to return and car fit to drive.
Regan kept me informed at all times
Had a loan car booked when I made the appointment , on arrival no car was available , asked to have steering checked , it was not done and was told to take it to another garage or tyre garage to get the tracking checked because it would be cheaper

Wealth of knowledge
My wife had a two hour wait at BMW before a hire car was sorted.
Receptionist on arrival in Service Dept not too friendly or helpful. However gentleman who dealt with me on collection was very good.
My car was done rally well
Only due to the fact that the additional 30 mins at the time made me late for my meeting that was discussed when dropping the car in.

My car came in with a fault and it didnt cost me a penny I had a nice coffee in a relaxed atmosphere
I was told the car was to be left for the day. I missed a phone call to say the car was ready and only realised this later in the afternoon but in the meantime no one thought to tell me even though I was in the showroom most of the day!

All items& issues not completed or resolved , after 2 days.Re visit was not followed up by service , i had to re instigate , new date not yet followed up with text confirmation. Minor point but no to go coffee , orange offered.
service was ok, took car in first thing in the morning got to approx 4pm still no phone call to say it was ready, I had to chase up x2 to see if the car was ready for collection which it was.
Work not finished on time even though I specifically informed MUST have it back at 5pm latest that day. Can only assume work was late being started in garage.Knight did come up with a courtesy car.

courtesy car booked as needed due to being mobility car, on arriving they tried parming me off with a taxi. no phone calls. when collecting i was quickly told one of my tires need monitoring and led outside with NO paperwork and that was that!!

The short video sent to me showing the faults on my car prior to the MOT was a major benefit.

Same as the reasons given above. If at all possible I won't be going back to Knight's of Stoke again and nor will I spend any more money on BMW products.
Toby Mayer at Knights Stoke was excellent. Great product knowledge and customer service and we didn't feel 'sold' to. He truly went the extra mile for us :)
