Having had my car in to diagnose the problem (Had to wait 3 weeks for first appointment then another 3 weeks to this appointment) I was told conflicting stories of diagnosis and repair, you should tell the truth on repair time.

I watched the technician from the comfort of the cafe bar. Care and attention was evident throughout. He even replaced two damaged registration plate screws, didn’t charge, and made no reference to this very kind act. Brilliant service.

Following problems with my original car, BMW customer service gave me a free 5 year service plan. This was not on the system at knights, even though BMW emailed them at the time. I had to inform the service team to speak to their manager.
