Not heard from bmw knights stoke since I drove the car away
Would've been a 5 had they been able to offer me a courtesy car for the day when my car was in being repaired.

Proposed work not completed in available timeframe - re-booked for future date.
The problem was resolved.

Took half an hour longer than advised and I was not told this was going to be the case. I was very impressed with the tablets, TV and scooter my 3 year was entertained with. The staff were very friendly too.

I wanted to witness the old oil being drained out and the new oil being put in but was told I was not allowed in the workshop area. I don't trust garages to be 100% honest. Had to wait an extra 90 minutes for the service to be completed.
From the booking in for the service to collecting the car every process was carried as agreed.

Cost and didn't return my call Vehicle check report stated OSR tyre cut so took car to tyre garage, examined tyre and found no cut.

Work was carried out to high standards
On arrival I was told the brake pad reading suggested I needed the front pads renewing. I queired this as this is my secone 1 Series and I drove my last onw for30000 miles without any suggestion the pads needed replacing. It was a sennnnnsor problem
When dropping off my car, had to wait a considerable amount of time. Only one person on the desk who was with a customer, had to wait at least 10 minutes and totally ignored by other service staff that tried to look busy
Service/repair deadline respected and constant contact for progress.
Utterly shocking service. My M135i has now been back to Knights 6 times for 2 faults. the first time it was in the mechanic scratched the car and Knights attempted to smart repair the car, the car is silver and the repair was grey. Enough said!
Would have been 5 stars, but valeters left interior a bit messy.

See above and in addition I would like to give good feedback to all the pleasant and caring staff at Knights N/Staffs especially the young lady from service who kept me updated and the young lady who continues to serve up excellent coffee & biscuits.
I already thought the price of my first oil/filter service was expensive, but on completion the representative quoted me over £100 more than originally quoted. The representative changed the price to that originally quoted without any quibbles.
Could not find the fault with the 12v unit in the compartment. Just blamed the devices Despite all devices working in other vehicles and in the 12v point in the boot. Not convinced anyone thought to actually check the fuses.

Service team are excellent . Cost of servicing is expensive compared to other garage and manufacturers .
Bo intention to blame poor staff . Something is fundamentally not right.

as Above the service team knowledge was that of a basic garage not a premium car brand such as BMW. I can only compare my experience to that of Lexus where the team are fully professional, knowledgeable and the customer experience is paramount.
Brought car in and you had no time to work on it that day so had to leave it a second day which was inconvenient
Good environment to wait in, and quick to complete work
When collecting my car in October 2018, there was visible scratches on all four corners of the car I was completely shocked as these marks were not there before. Before hand I was upset and angry that the agreement on paper was not as we discussed.
From start to finish they made spending a lot of money painless & the coffee is great

Roland kept me well-informed throughout the whole process. The car came quicker than I expected
we were kept up to date with the progress of our order throughout the process
had no problems, well informed, test drives, looked after very well.
The paperwork was dealt with quickly and efficiently Roland has been an absolute star through the whole process. He made me feel comfortable and listened to everything I required and made sure the vehicle was the right one for me.
