After 4 attempts you cannot find the fault which is causing a clear clicking sound. Your service desk dont call you back and customer service is poor
Very quick and very helpful. I had an issue which was covered under warranty and it was fixed within two days. Very good service

The gentleman who picked up the car for service was extremely pleasant. Later when we called at Knights for a follow up check after I had done the requested 100 miles the service desk lady and coffee shop lady were so helpful and attentive.
Dealt with promptly and courteously. Problem booked in and courtesy vehicle provided to avoid any issues.
Everything was done - although there was some delay due to broken MOT equipment

So the car was investigated the next day - but parts were not available until the following day. I was somewhat disappointed with this - in my experience some small back-street garages get 'same-day' parts - yet Knight's who I have alerted to AdBlue
The BMW and Knights systems are not joined up. I opted for a courtesy car which was showing available but got a call to say that one wasn't available. This was inconvenient. Apart from that, all fine, and a small discount to help with the inconvenien
After having waited two and a half hours I had a paid for taxi home . Then a return complimentary taxi .
It seems the older your car the less likely you are to have a courtesy car. Nevertheless I was looked after by a kind assistant who made sure taxis were available.
Ronnie, on reception, could not be more helpful and pick up drivers very friendly
The car wasn't ready when I arrived to collect it at 5pm. I had to wait for 30 minutes and then take the car with it not having being valeted.
The garage hasn't updated my service log on info screen. I was made to wait a further 45 mins while they washed the car off.
As I could not get a courtesy car staff arranged a taxi to transport me from Knights to home then back to Knights again at no cost to myself. Staff kept me updated and made sure I had a drink when I had to wait a short while on arrival.
Issue around updating Gracenote Database, as they said it was done via connected services and not at dealer. Since found this to be incorrect so will have to visit dealer again.

They did the MOT for my vehicle, and also provided an additional service, free of charge, whilst they had the vehicle.

My car was booked in for a service, I was called at 12.20pm saying my car was ready, the service advisor also pointed out they closed at 1pm, 40 minutes notice with children in tow isn't really plenty of notice! Also I didn't receive citnow video.

I have never had a problem with the servicing of my vehicles at Knights BMW and my last visit was no exception.
Sat Nav , radio and hands free stopped working. Contacted my usual garage in Derby and the soonest they could see me was 5 weeks away. Phoned you guys and you booked me for the next day!

I always receive excellent service from the staff at Knights. A special mention goes to Sam Leese and the staff in the Service Department. On my last couple of visits I was looked after wonderfully by Lola, Amber and Des the Tyre Specialist.
The service was not done on time and I was not kept up to date with progress. In fact I had to chase and wasted hours just waiting
