There was no courtesy car available even though one was booked and I confirmed the day before. This meant I inconveniently had to rearrange the service date and time. Following the service the car dashboard is still indicating that it hasn’t had one.

Nobody was available in the service department to take my call. The receptionist said that she would get somebody to call me back. After 3 hours I made another call. The service person suggested that I call BMW Emergency but gave the Mini number.
